This page is written in plain words on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email me and I will answer it myself.
Who is responsible
Scallira is the trading name of Nikola Krstin, Novi Sad, Serbia. I decide what happens to anything collected on this site. You can reach me at nikola@scallira.com.
What the form collects
If you send the form, I get your name, your email address and your phone number. I also get your trade, about how many jobs you do a month, about what one job is worth, and whether you run ads at the moment. With it comes the address of the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.
You do not have to send the form. If you do not, I just cannot reply to you.
Why I use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer you and to see if my work fits your business. You asked me to, so this is a step before a possible contract.
- To keep the site safe and working, for example to stop spam. That is my legitimate interest in running a safe site.
- To keep the records the law asks for, if we sign a contract.
I do not sell your details. I do not pass them to anyone to market to you. Nothing about you is decided by a machine.
What happens when you only visit
The company that hosts this site, Cloudflare, sees what every website sees: your IP address, your browser and the time. It uses that to deliver the page and to block attacks. I do not use it to find out who you are.
This site sets no cookies of its own. It keeps two small notes in your own browser tab. One is your form answers while you fill them in, so closing the form by accident does not lose them. The other notes that you already saw the opening animation. Both stay on your computer, in that tab only, and disappear when you close it. The form answers also go when you press Send.
Meta Pixel
This site can run the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Facebook. It tells me how many people arrive and which ad they came from, and it lets me show ads to people who visited but did not get in touch. It uses cookies.
Right now it is switched off. If I switch it on, it will start when the page loads, because there is no cookie banner on this site, and this page will say so. If you do not want it, you can block it in your browser settings, or in your own Facebook account under Settings, then Ads.
Who else handles your details
A few companies help me run this. They handle your details only to do that job for me:
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- My own automation server (n8n) receives the form and saves it.
- Google runs my email. Your answers arrive in my inbox.
- Telegram sends a short note about a new enquiry to my phone.
- Meta, only while the Pixel is switched on.
When your details leave Serbia
Some of these companies are based in the United States or work from other countries. So your details can be handled outside Serbia and outside Europe. I only use large, established services for this, and I only send them what the job needs.
How long I keep it
I keep an enquiry while we are talking, and for a while after in case you come back. If we do not end up working together, I delete it once that is clear, or straight away if you ask. If we do work together, I keep what the contract and the tax rules need, for as long as they need it.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you. You can ask me to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it, or to send it to you in a file you can take somewhere else. You can object to how I use it. Where you gave your consent, you can take it back at any time.
Email me at nikola@scallira.com. I answer within 30 days, and I will not ask you why.
If you think I handled your details wrongly, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia, at poverenik.rs. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
If you are in the United States
I do not sell your personal information. Some browsers send a signal called Do Not Track. There is no common rule for what a site should do with it, so this site does not act differently when it gets one. You can still block the Meta Pixel in your browser, as described above.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect details from children.
Keeping it safe
This site only works over a secure connection. Your enquiry goes only to the places listed above, and I read every one myself.
Other sites
Some links on this site go to other people's websites, such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. Once you are there you are on their site and under their rules, not mine.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters to you, I say so at the top of this page.
